Showing you the world through the gigantic panoramic moon-roof of the 2019 RDX. Very long campaign with lots of components that I got to creative direct over a long, hot summer. It included a shoot with the TITAN(!), the world's largest motion control crane that allowed us to shoot an amazing fly-around video of the car in three completely different locations, but lined up perfectly from scene to scene.
Acura at Pebble Beach 2019
Acura is one of the main sponsors of Pebble Beach - the Monterey Car Week. For the 2019 edition I went there leading a team of creatives, photo- and video-shooters and editors for a very busy week of showing Acura's presence to the rest of the world. Here is some of the work we made that week. Car- and editing porn made at a very rapid pace for a very low budget. Fun to do, but wears you out after a week of doing it. Every single video was released the same day we shot it.
Acura at Sundance 2018
Acura has been the title sponsor of the Sundance Film Festival for a while, and I've had the pleasure to work with them on numerous occasions in Park City, UT. In 2018 we did a collaboration with photographer and proper renaissance man Reuben Wu to create an immersive installation centered around the NSX, Acura's formidable super car. The installation ended with an augmented reality photo booth opportunity, putting the audience inside one of Reuben Wu's compositions.
