It was an absolute honor to be part of the launch of one of the most important and influential TV shows of the last decade, as we opened up a phone line to Hawkins, Indiana and let fans of Doritos and Stranger Things call and "chip in" their message of hope. The people of Hawkins are a resilient bunch, considering they've decided to stay behind after having their city blown up multiple times during the 1980s, and they've earned our support! One of the most immersive ways to use AI is conversational experiences, and this one built on everything we've learned about connecting fans to iconic characters. And no-one more iconic than David, Paula and Alf! Hundreds of thousands people called our line, and our client had to (happily) increase the LiveKit budget multiple times, as the engagement continues to exceed our expectations.
